Privacy Policy.

Your Privacy Matters
Clavr is an autonomous agent that operates across your productivity stack and the open web, acting on signals before you have to ask. Because our platform bridges tools like Gmail, Slack, Linear, Google Calendar, and Notion, and can also navigate websites on your behalf, privacy is foundational to everything we build. This policy explains what data we access, how we handle it, and the control you have over it.
Data We Access
Clavr only accesses data you explicitly authorize through OAuth connections. Depending on which integrations you enable, this may include:
- -Gmail messages and sent emails, used to triage your inbox, draft responses, and learn your writing style
- -Google Calendar events, used to coordinate scheduling, book meetings, and send invites autonomously
- -Google Tasks for task management and follow-up tracking
- -Slack messages and channels, used to route tasks and surface relevant conversations
- -Linear tickets and projects, used for task routing and issue creation from other tools
- -Notion pages and databases, used for knowledge retrieval and content management
- -Web browsing data generated when Clavr navigates websites on your behalf, including page content it extracts during research, form submissions, and price comparisons
- -Voice interactions when you use Clavr's conversational interface, processed for intent recognition and action execution
How We Handle Your Data
We don't store your raw emails, messages, or documents. When Clavr performs an action, like triaging your inbox or turning a Slack thread into a Linear ticket, it fetches the data in real-time, processes it for context, and discards the raw content. We only retain minimal metadata necessary for the service to function.
When Clavr browses the web on your behalf, extracted content is processed in the context of the active task and not retained after the action completes.
What We Do Store
- -Writing style profile derived from your sent emails to enable Clavr to draft responses in your voice. This captures patterns and tone, not the content of individual emails.
- -User preferences and settings including your integration configurations, delegation rules, and notification preferences
- -Action history a log of actions Clavr has executed on your behalf, so you can review and audit what the agent has done
- -Tasks and reminders you create through the platform
- -Conversation history with Clavr, including text and voice interactions
Autonomous Actions and Your Data
Clavr operates proactively. It listens to signals across your connected tools and may take actions before you explicitly ask. For example, it may surface a follow-up from an email thread, create a task from a Slack conversation, or draft a meeting agenda from calendar context.
All autonomous actions are logged and reviewable. You can configure delegation guards to require approval before Clavr executes specific categories of actions, such as sending emails or creating tickets in external tools.
Third-Party Integrations
Each integration uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authorization. Clavr never asks for or stores your passwords. For each connected service, we request only the minimum scopes necessary for the agent to operate.
You can revoke any integration at any time from your account settings or directly from the third-party provider. Revoking access immediately stops Clavr from accessing that service.
Google Security Verification
Clavr has undergone Google's security assessment and maintains compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the Clavr service.
Data Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Credentials for connected integrations are stored using industry-standard encryption and are never exposed in logs or debugging output.
We Never Share Your Data
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared when legally required, or with service providers who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
Your Control
- -Revoke any integration at any time from your settings or the third-party provider
- -Configure delegation guards to control which actions Clavr can take autonomously
- -Request a full export of your data
- -Request permanent deletion of all your data
- -Review the full action history of what Clavr has done on your behalf
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel your account, data is kept for 30 days to allow for recovery, then permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies for authentication and user preferences. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
Children's Privacy
Clavr is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
