1. Overview
Welcome to Clavr, Inc. ("Clavr," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Clavr's products, software, services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Services").
Clavr is an autonomous agent platform that bridges your productivity tools and the open web. Our agent listens to signals across your connected services, acts proactively on your behalf, and can navigate websites to carry out tasks you would otherwise do manually. Our ecosystem includes:
- -The Clavr platform, your autonomous productivity hub accessible through web, app, and voice
- -Actions, composable autonomous operations the agent executes across your tools, including email triage, task routing, web research, and scheduling
- -Cross-stack integrations, bridging Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Slack, Linear, and Notion
- -Web agent, which can navigate any website on your behalf to research, extract data, fill forms, compare prices, and execute tasks on sites without APIs
- -Voice interface, allowing you to converse with Clavr naturally. It listens, understands, and executes.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Clavr's Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Clavr. If you use Clavr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Your Account
To use many of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- -Provide accurate and complete information
- -Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- -Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- -Be responsible for all activity under your account, including actions executed autonomously by the Clavr agent on your behalf
4. Acceptable Use
You may NOT use Clavr to:
- -Access or use the Services in any unlawful or harmful way
- -Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or modify our systems or software
- -Circumvent security or encryption technologies
- -Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
- -Use the Services to develop competing products or machine learning models
- -Interfere with the operation or integrity of Clavr's systems
- -Direct the agent to perform illegal actions, harass others, or violate third-party terms of service
- -Use the web browsing agent to scrape data at scale, bypass CAPTCHAs, or circumvent website access controls
5. Autonomous Actions and AI-Generated Content
Clavr uses artificial intelligence to orchestrate workflows, chain actions across tools, and navigate the web on your behalf. You understand and agree that:
- -AI-generated actions and content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- -Clavr acts proactively based on signals from your connected tools, and may take actions before you explicitly request them
- -You are responsible for configuring delegation guards to control which actions require your approval
- -You are responsible for reviewing action history and verifying outcomes
- -Clavr is not liable for actions taken through your account, including emails sent, tasks created, meetings scheduled, or web interactions performed
- -The AI learns from your patterns and preferences, including your writing style from sent emails, but may not perfectly replicate your voice
- -Web browsing actions are subject to the terms and conditions of the websites Clavr visits on your behalf
6. Prohibited Activities
When using Clavr, you must NOT:
- -Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited commercial communications through the agent
- -Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
- -Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- -Attempt to bypass or circumvent security features or delegation guards
- -Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
- -Use automated scripts or bots to access the service outside of Clavr's own agent framework
- -Share your account credentials with others
- -Direct the web agent to access restricted, paywalled, or unauthorized systems
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Clavr, including the autonomous agent framework, action execution engine, and web browsing capabilities, are owned by Clavr, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your data. By using Clavr, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Services, including training writing style models specific to your account.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all autonomous actions will cease, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that autonomous actions will always produce correct or desired outcomes. AI-generated content, including email drafts, task descriptions, and web research results, should be reviewed before relying on them.
Clavr's web browsing capabilities depend on the structure and accessibility of third-party websites, which may change without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Clavr's total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for actions the agent takes on your behalf, data processed from third-party integrations, or outcomes of web browsing actions. You maintain final responsibility for actions executed through your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
